I had my hot tub, which I purchased a few years ago from Tucson Hot Tubs that need repair. They came as scheduled and were professional and courteous. THT repaired my heating element and it was cheaper than they said it would be. Great service thank you, Hot tub is working good now and will call them again if any problems

Was getting rid of my hot tub on FB. The owner reached out to me since it was one of theirs and got it out of my backyard free of charge. The two guys that came out were professional and did it very quickly with no damage to my yard. Definitely recommend if you are wanting a hot tub from them!

Tyler did a great job diagnosing my spa error codes and replacing the circulation pump that was causing the problem. He worked during a hard rain and stayed to make sure the problem was solved and we now had water flow and heat and no more error codes. He called the day before to tell me I would be the 2nd stop and that he would call between 930am and 1030am to say he would be on route to me. He answered a lot of general spa questions that helped me. I definitely will recommend him and Tucson Hot Tubs to my friends.

This company is amazing! We shopped around at several hot tub stores and none even come close to Tucson Hot Tubs. Their prices are competitive with other companies but it’s the owners and employees that make this place so great. Every employee I talked to was kind, professional, knowledgeable and did exactly what they said they would do, and they stand behind their word! I wish more places or everyplace was like Tucson Hot Tubs. We had a couple of little hiccups when purchasing our hot tub, but they were the easiest hiccups I’ve ever dealt with. I wish they sold more than hot tubs cause I loved doing business with them. Thank you Dylan, Troy, Clay, Tyler, Jessica and all the other wonderful employees ( I wish I had remembered everyone’s name) for making this the absolute best buying experience for us!

Hats off to Tucson Hot Tubs. In the last couple of years I’ve come to expect low customer service and unfortunately my expectations are generally met. Not so at this business. I interacted with Taylor, Andy, Clay, Jesus, and Sam. Each and every one of them was genuinely helpful. Surely there is some grumpy person in the back room kept from the public. I never met this person. So kudos to management at Tucson Hot Tubs for having such a great helpful staff.

Nice people to work with in store while purchasing our swim spa and also the crew that delivered and set it up! Only drawback is the manual is hard to find which controls do what and how to program the jets.

Friendly and competent sales and service personnel. Dependable service. We were snowbirds. Tucson hot tubs consistently cleaned and restarted the hot tub every fall on schedule to be ready for our return. When moving from Tucson, the staff provided excellent information regarding moving the tub we purchased from them several years ago. I would recommend Tucson Hot Tubs without reservation.

The experience was excellent from start to finish. They were so helpful in the store at the beginning and follow through incredibly and the delivery was absolutely impeccable! Two strong young men got this beautiful brand new jacuzzi through my back gate that was not easy! They did an excellent setup, hooking it up to 220 volt and it is running perfectly.
