I had a lifetime warranty on the shell of my hot tub that I bought back in 2021.i did not think it was going to be covered but was pleasantly surprised when the company sent a new replacement tub. All I had to pay for was the reinstall and removal of the old tub. Very fair pricing and the install team was on time and had the new one hooked up within an hour. Very impressed!!!

We used Tucson Hot Tubs to remove our old hot tub, and we were delighted with the service from the estimate through the pickup. Everyone was extremely professional and the men who took the old tub away left an immaculate slab for the new tub to be installed. We couldn't have been happier!

The team came out to replace the heater in our swim spa. They were in time and quick with their work. They also repaired the side panels on the spa that were broken. I recommend them for spa repairs.

Wow! What a great purchase experience this was for me! Dylan came to my place to help assess where the hot tub would fit best, and checked to make sure I had the 220 accessible. He gave me a referral for the pad and electric work, and helped me pick out the necessary accessories for the spa. An umbrella is key to your summer time enjoyment. Then there was George and Nickolai who did an amazing job of installing the hot tub. They provided a thorough tutorial on care. I wish I had purchased this sooner because I'm enjoying a soak every day under the umbrella by keeping the water temp low for the hot summer days. Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Tucson Hot Tubs! I am no longer held hostage and stuck indoors by the hot Tucson summer days! Thank you Tucson Hot Tubs!!

Called today to inquire about an urgent spa repair. Jessica did some troubleshooting over the phone and sent me a video to assist me in attempting to fix the issue myself. Although that video didn't do the trick, her troubleshooting had accurately identified the issue and I was able to find other resources that resulted in a successful fix. Jessica was so helpful! When our hot tub dies, we'll shop Tucson Hot Tubs first, based on this excellent experience. UPDATE: True to my word, I did come back and buy a new hot tub from THT! It was a great experience with Dylan, Clay, Tyler, Christian, and whatever the lovely man's name was who just fished a dead pigeon out of my pool. Thank you all!

Tyler did a great job diagnosing my spa error codes and replacing the circulation pump that was causing the problem. He worked during a hard rain and stayed to make sure the problem was solved and we now had water flow and heat and no more error codes. He called the day before to tell me I would be the 2nd stop and that he would call between 930am and 1030am to say he would be on route to me. He answered a lot of general spa questions that helped me. I definitely will recommend him and Tucson Hot Tubs to my friends.

This company is amazing! We shopped around at several hot tub stores and none even come close to Tucson Hot Tubs. Their prices are competitive with other companies but it’s the owners and employees that make this place so great. Every employee I talked to was kind, professional, knowledgeable and did exactly what they said they would do, and they stand behind their word! I wish more places or everyplace was like Tucson Hot Tubs. We had a couple of little hiccups when purchasing our hot tub, but they were the easiest hiccups I’ve ever dealt with. I wish they sold more than hot tubs cause I loved doing business with them.
