Tucson Showroom

I had a lifetime warranty on the shell of my hot tub that I bought back in 2021.i did not think it was going to be covered but was pleasantly surprised when the company sent a new replacement tub. All I had to pay for was the reinstall and removal of the old tub. Very fair pricing and the install team was on time and had the new one hooked up within an hour. Very impressed!!!

We used Tucson Hot Tubs to remove our old hot tub, and we were delighted with the service from the estimate through the pickup. Everyone was extremely professional and the men who took the old tub away left an immaculate slab for the new tub to be installed. We couldn't have been happier!

Had my spa cleaned. It looks amazing and the tech was fabulous. Very knowledgeable and let me know when he was arriving. Customer service was excellent!

I found the perfect sized hot tub that would fit in my screen porch. It happened that they were also having a sale and threw in free delivery, steps and a cover lift. The installers came on time, wrestled it thru the door and got the whole thing set up and running for me. My sales person, Dylan, was easy to work with, and the installers were great!

We have had our hot tub now for over 7 years and always experience great professional and friendly service.

Couldn't be happier with Courtney and the Tucson Hot Tubs team!! From start to finish the experience was top notch. Courtney went above and beyond to ensure she was available for anything we needed; from setting up the electrical and pad prep, to ensuring our delivery path clear & ready, painless appointments for ordering/payments, and final delivery scheduling. It was also awesome that our custom order was finished and delivered roughly 4 weeks ahead of schedule.
