Hats off to Tucson Hot Tubs. In the last couple of years I’ve come to expect low customer service and unfortunately my expectations are generally met. Not so at this business. I interacted with Taylor, Andy, Clay, Jesus, and Sam. Each and every one of them was genuinely helpful. Surely there is some grumpy person in the back room kept from the public. I never met this person. So kudos to management at Tucson Hot Tubs for having such a great helpful staff.

We just received our second hot tub through Tucson Hot Tub! They were very helpful and patient as we finished our project and we’re ready to receive the tub. Delivery was seamless and the techs were professional. Don’t go anywhere else to buy your tub!

The experience was excellent from start to finish. They were so helpful in the store at the beginning and follow through incredibly and the delivery was absolutely impeccable! Two strong young men got this beautiful brand new jacuzzi through my back gate that was not easy! They did an excellent setup, hooking it up to 220 volt and it is running perfectly. I got a very good deal on a brand new jacuzzi with these folks. They are clearly the best in town all the way around. Thank you all so much, Tony

Our experience with Tucson Hot Tubs was very good. Our salesperson, Andy, was knowledgeable and friendly, while not being pushy. He even recommended a great contractor to prepare the sight in a timely manner. The entire experience was organized and professional from beginning to end.
